Wade wrote a long email to John, the new CAQ president. Halfway through, it stopped being an email and started being a brain dump about how AI should work. Useful thoughts. Wrong audience.
He sent it to me first. This is a bit long and rambly, but the points are good. What do I do?
That's the canonical case. Good thinking, wrong shape. Most of the time the rambly half gets cut for length, and the cut version is the one that survives. The thinking dies in the edit.
The Workflow
Extract. Pull every distinct idea out as its own thread. No filtering, no compression. Six threads came out of Wade's email.
Evaluate. Each thread gets four questions. What is it, really? Why did the speaker raise it? Does it already exist? Act now, research more, park, or kill?
Store. Every thread goes into Open Brain, a structured database of what humans actually said. Searchable by meaning. The next session starts with more context than this one had.
